  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 3 cloves Garlic pantry staple
  • 1 can White beans
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil pantry staple
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar pantry staple

Steps

  1. Roast oiled potato coins at 425°F, 25 min, flipping once.
  2. Roast tomatoes and garlic on the side of the pan until bursting.
